A weak cold front continues to slide S this morning. This will eventually stall and turn back into a warm front later today. Temps reach the 60s behind the warm front this afternoon. South winds gust to 15 mph.
Overnight temps fall into the upper 30s. Mostly cloudy skies will be likely early Thursday morning. A strong cold front crashes through early Thursday, bringing winds gusting up to almost 60 mph. A high wind watch is in effect for Texoma through Thursday night. A winter storm watch is in effect for some of N TX for Thursday night and Friday morning. Rain chances will be best Thursday afternoon before a rain/snow mix will be possible later Thursday evening into early Friday morning. The best chance for snow stays in N TX. Very little accumulations and no impacts to travel are expected at this time.
Winds will stay strong both Thursday and Friday before lightening up this weekend. We see the sun return and temps climb into the upper 50s by Sunday.
