Local State Representative to serve as Vice Chairman of Government Efficiency Committee

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK (TNN) - A freshman State Representative from Lawton has been named as the vice chair overseeing state government efficiency.

Republican Representative Daniel Pae was named to the post by House Speaker Charles McCall on Thursday at the State Capitol.

Along with being named to the Government Efficiency Committee, Rep. Pae will also serve on the County & Municipal Government and Veterans & Military Affairs Committees, as well as on the Appropriations & Budget Human Services Subcommittee.

“This session is going to be a lot of work, but I’m excited to work with my new colleagues to ensure the next few months are as productive as possible,” Pae said in a press release.

The first session of the 57th Legislature will begin February 4 at noon with an address from Gov.-elect Kevin Stitt.
