First Alert Forecast

We start a slight warming trend tomorrow

First Alert Forecast

LAWTON, OK (TNN) - Today has been another cloudy and cold day as most places have struggle to see temperatures move out of the 30s. Full cloud cover will continue to stick with us into the early morning hours tomorrow. Low temperatures to start your Monday will be in the upper 20s to lower 30s. Monday afternoon we will finally see the clouds dissipate slightly and some sunshine will return. High temperatures tomorrow will be in the upper 40s and lower 50s.

High temperatures on Tuesday will finally break into the mid 50s for most places in Texoma.

Wednesday and Thursday temperatures will continue to warm with highs in the mid to upper 50s and lower 60s. We will see more sunshine return to the viewing area as well through the middle part of the week.

Friday will be another warm day with temperatures in the lower 60s. Friday night into Saturday morning a strong cold front will push out of the north and bring lots of cold air into Texoma. High temperatures on Saturday will be in the lower 30s. We will also be dealing with some strong winds Saturday out of the north at 20-30mph. I am continuing to keep rain and snow chances very low as this system does not look to have much moisture feeding into it. As of now most places should remain dry, but a few light rain showers or snow flurries aren’t out of the question.

Sunday morning we could see a few places with temperatures in the upper teens and lower 20s. Highs next Sunday will be in the mid 30s under sunny skies.
