LAWTON, OK (TNN) - Good morning Texoma! Dense fog is likely this morning.
A dense fog advisory is in effect through noon today. Visibility is down to under a mile in some locations. Winds are light and temps are in the 30s and 40s. This afternoon clouds hang around for much of the day before some sunshine peaks through, and temps reach into the 60s.
Overnight skies start clearing. A weak cold front slides through into early Thursday morning, dropping our high temps into the upper 50s with plenty of sunshine.
Highs reach the 60s Friday afternoon with partly cloudy skies. South winds gust up to 25 mph. A strong arctic front pushes through late Friday into early Saturday morning, dropping our high temps into the low 30s by Saturday. North winds gust up to 50 mph, making it feel like the teens and single digits most of Saturday. Wind chills remain in the teens and twenties on Sunday.
South winds return Monday, helping our temps reach back into the 40s and 50s with mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies.
