LAWTON, OK (TNN) - The High School Senior Job Fair took place in the Worley Center at Great Plains Technology Center in Lawton Tuesday.
Lawton students from all three high schools were encouraged to attend the free event, share their resume and visit with over 40 businesses and organizations.
“The kids need to know what’s out there," said Eugene DeLoach Sr., Chairman of the Senior Job Fair. "They need to know they have opportunities to either go to college, ya know, go to the military or if they just want to go into the workforce. Ya know, there is a lot of things they can do besides bad things.”
The fair is sponsored by the Lawton Branch of the NAACP, Great Plains Technology Center and Lawton Public Schools.
