First Alert Forecast

LAWTON, OK (TNN) - Good morning Texoma! Temperatures are on the mild side to start your Thursday, but it will be a little breezy as you head out the door due to winds out of the west at 10-25mph. We will hold on to somewhat stronger winds again this afternoon out of the southwest at 20-30mph. High temperatures today will be in the mid to upper 50s under mostly sunny skies.

Low temperatures tonight will dip below freezing, but highs tomorrow afternoon will reach the mid 50s. We will stay in the mid 50s as we head into the beginning part of the weekend. Clear skies will also accompany us into Saturday afternoon as well.

High temperatures on Sunday will finally hit the low to mid 60s. This will begin our warmer trend towards average temperatures. Highs Monday through Wednesday will sit in the low to mid 60s under mostly sunny skies. There are no rain chances at this point, over the next 7-days.

Bonus Forecast: Warmer temperatures in the 60s and 70s will move into Texoma for the ending part of March. We will also see a few chances for some showers and storms return in the forecast for the last week as well.
