LAWTON, OK (TNN) -Temperatures to start your Thursday will be in the upper 30s and lower 40s. Clear skies and lots of sunshine will continue with us through the morning, but once we get later into the afternoon a few more clouds will build in. Highs today will be in the upper 60s and lower 70s.
Tomorrow morning will be nice and mild with temperatures in the mid 40s. Mostly cloudy skies will stick us throughout the day with high temperatures in the lower 70s. Rain and storm chances will build into western Texoma tomorrow night anytime after 10PM. As we go through the overnight hours that line of showers and storm will move eastward. Saturday morning showers and storms will impact eastern Texoma. We aren’t tracking any severe storms for tomorrow night or Saturday morning.
Saturday afternoon and night we should catch a break from the rain, before more returns Sunday afternoon. The storms on Sunday have a low possibility of being severe, primarily for eastern Texoma. We will continue to track those out and bring you the latest. High temperatures on Sunday will be in the mid 70s.
Next week we will dry out and temperatures will be in the upper 60s Monday and lower 60s Tuesday. We will see lots of sunshine return Monday through Wednesday. High temperatures Wednesday will be in the lower 70s.
