Police release 911 call that lead to FBI investigation at Lawton apartment

LAWTON, OK (TNN) - Authorities have released the 911 recording of a call made by a woman which led to the arrest of Philip Heath.

Police say Heath had weapons, drugs, and bomb making materials in his west Lawton Apartment in late January.

“Uh he’s got a gun, he’s got a gun oh my god oh my god please don’t shoot me," said the woman who called 911.

The call came in to 911 dispatch from the Green Terrace Apartments in the early morning hours of January 30th.

During the call, the woman told the dispatcher she was calling for a ride, but she then said Heath had a gun pointed at her and was threatening to shoot.

Woman: “he’s threatening me...”

Dispatch: “What’s he saying?, He said he’s got a gun and is gonna shoot me.”

Woman: -Inaudible-

Dispatch: “Can you go on the balcony and scream?”

Woman: - LOUD scream -

Dispatch: “She’s screaming off the balcony.”

Woman: “HELP ME, HELP”

Police were immediately sent to the Heath's apartment..which led to a hazardous materials investigation that lasted 2 days.

Heath is facing state and federal charges.

The Comanche County District Attorney's office filed 5 charges against him, ranging from Intent to Distribute Controlled Drugs to Possession of Explosives.

Heath is also being charged with a felony by the ATF for being a felon in possession of firearms.
