    Several crews responded to a series of fires along Highway 7 near the Comanche/Stephens County line.  Crews still have not determined how they started, but they suspect the fires were ignited by a vehicle that could have been inadvertently dragging a chain, or a trailer that was sending out sparks. Firefighters were able to get it under control and keep it from spreading too far.

    A man is in the hospital following a rollover crash just south of Fletcher this morning. Police say the man was driving on U.S. Highway 277 near Watts Road when he crossed the center line, overcorrected and drove into a ditch. While trying to get out, he hit a drainage pipe, which caused the car to flip over. He was flown to a hospital in Oklahoma City. No word on his condition.

    A shocking discovery in Pottawatomie County could help bring a decades-old missing person's case to a close. Earlier this week, part of a human skull was found near a wooded area.  Deputies later found more bones and a pair of boots. They believe these remains may belong to an elderly man who vanished in 1988. Deputies do not suspect foul play. The medical examiner will work to confirm an identity.

    The Norman Police Department was dispatched to a report of an individual with a hatchet destroying shrubbery outside of a Walmart on March 22 at 11:00 p.m.  A store employee told police the individual pointed a firearm at the employee. The individual left the scene before officers arrived. However, shortly after, Norman police received a second call that an individual had driven through the back fence of a fraternity house.

In addition to recording his 35th triple-double of the season, Westbrook finished the night with 18 points, 11 rebounds, and 14 assists to lead OKC to the win and improve to 8-0 against the 76ers at home.

    According to the Oklahoma State Department of Health, the death toll from the flu virus has risen to 68 people in Oklahoma. Four of those deaths occurred within the last week, including a child who was younger than 4-years-old. The number of hospitalizations with the virus is slowing down. Forty-seven of the deaths occurred in patients who were 65-years-old or older.

    According to the Oklahoma State Department of Health, the death toll from the flu virus has risen to 68 people in Oklahoma.     Stephen Maxwell, 54, was found unresponsive Wednesday in his cell at North Fork Correctional Facility. According to the Department of Corrections, Maxwell was serving a 200-year sentence out of Roger County for lewd molestation. He was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead. Authorities with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation are investigating Maxwell's death as a homicide. 

    Stephen Maxwell, 54, was found unresponsive Wednesday in his cell at North Fork Correctional Facility. According to the Department of Corrections, Maxwell was serving a 200-year sentence out of Roger County for lewd molestation. He was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead. According to police reports, she was not wearing her helmet and thrown from the scooter and suffered multiple skull fractures.

    A national environmental group is urging the Oklahoma Bar Association to investigate former Attorney General and current EPA administrator Scott Pruitt. The organization believes Pruitt lied to senators during his confirmation hearing. According to KWTV, the Center for Biological Diversity and an OU law professor filed a formal complaint with the OBA alleging Pruitt showed “apparent carelessness with the truth."

    The Oklahoma state Senate has passed a bill to give teachers a pay raise. The bill would raise the price of gas and diesel to pay for road maintenance and use the money already put back for road projects instead on education.
