Meals will be provided at Temple High School Monday through Friday from 11:00-12:30.

    The 80th Flying Training Wing at Sheppard Air Force Base now has their first female commander. Today Colonel Gregory Keeton transferred command of the wing to Colonel Andrea Themely. In Keeton's three years as commander -- the wing flew over 160,000 hours -- 536 combat pilots were produced and Romania was added to the  Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training Program. Colonel Themely says she wants to continue the work that has been done the past.

Guest speaker Jim Miller, the Director of Human Resources for Fort Sill, spoke about requirements in applying for federal jobs. He also gave tips on interviewing and how to prepare your resume. They even conducted a hiring event after they were done with their presentations.

    The Oklahoma Senate passed a budget bill Wednesday night with a vote of 33-13. Just over $21 million will be added to the Department of Education. That only covers health insurance costs so that budget will stay flat and it does not include a teacher pay raise. Education leaders are speaking out against the state's budget plan.

    A child is in critical condition following a near drowning in Claremore. Amanda Brooke Green, the child’s aunt and babysitter, was arrested on a felony child neglect complaint. Around 11:15 a.m. on May 24th, two women brought in a 1-year-old to Claremore Hillcrest Hospital that had nearly drowned but couldn't give hospital staff enough information to know what happened.

    According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, DeMarcus Colbert, 17,  was at Coalgate Lake with some friends when he suddenly went underwater around 5:00 p.m. Tuesday evening. Investigators say Colbert swam went underwater while swimming back from a concrete water intake area that was about 30 feet from the shore.

Residents there said there was a notice put out a couple of weeks ago about a routine clean-up but this was not what they had in mind. They found items dug up and removed, brand new flowers were thrown in the trash, and American flags tossed aside. To discuss these issues, the citizens will hold a meeting tonight at 6 o'clock.

    According to officials, the dog that attacked two children at Quail Creek Elementary School in Oklahoma City will be euthanized. Oklahoma City Animal Welfare Unit Operations Supervisor Nevyn O’Kane said the 72-pound male pit bull mix followed some kids through an open door. The dog bit at least one student. Both students have recovered.

    Maintenance crews at the Tulsa International Airport have fixed the fences and gates that were damaged after a man led police on a deadly chase and Jerry Lee Newman, 24, is in custody in connection with the pursuit.  It started when authorities say the suspect stole an Oklahoma Natural Gas pickup truck and led them on a chase from Sapulpa through Tulsa. He crashed through a perimeter gate at the airport and made it onto a runway.
