Duncan- Police say a 17-year-old boy from the Dallas, Texas area died at a hospital Saturday night after a train crashed into his car earlier in the evening in downtown Duncan.
Officers say the two collided at an unprotected crossing at 7th street and Maple. The train dragged the car almost two blocks before it pushed it off the tracks on the other side of Main Street. The engineer told investigators the victim pulled into the train's path just before the collision.
Police say the driver died from injuries shortly after our 10 p.m. newscast. They have not released his name. We're told he was in Duncan to visit relatives for the holiday.
