Associated Press - November 20, 2009 4:15 PM ET

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - A former Marine faces six counts of murder in the fatal shootings of 4 people whose bodies were found inside a burning house in Oklahoma City. Prosecutors say 2 of the women killed were pregnant, so additional murder counts were filed against David Allen Tyner.

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - The former chief investigator for the state Medical Examiner's office has been ordered to stand trial on a charge of sexual battery. Kevin Rowland was indicted in July after being accused by women in Oklahoma County and Tulsa County.

TULSA, Okla. (AP) - A federal judge has ordered a meeting between Cintas Corporation and a woman suing the company over the death of her husband at 1 of the company's Oklahoma plants. It's a final effort to settle the case before a jury trial set for April.
