OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - A former Marine faces six counts of murder in the fatal shootings of 4 people whose bodies were found inside a burning house in Oklahoma City. Prosecutors say 2 of the women killed were pregnant, so additional murder counts were filed against David Allen Tyner.
TULSA, Okla. (AP) - Police no longer think the death of a Tulsa boy left unattended in a bathtub was an accident. They now say it was homicide. Nine-month-old James Dawson died Nov. 12 after nearly drowning a day earlier. No word yet of an arrest.
OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - The former chief investigator for the state Medical Examiner's office has been ordered to stand trial on a charge of sexual battery. Kevin Rowland was indicted in July after being accused by women in Oklahoma County and Tulsa County.
TULSA, Okla. (AP) - A federal judge has ordered a meeting between Cintas Corporation and a woman suing the company over the death of her husband at 1 of the company's Oklahoma plants. It's a final effort to settle the case before a jury trial set for April.
