* Until 900 AM CDT

* At 551 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. 2 to 4 inches of rain have
fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Guthrie, Kingfisher, Hinton, Crescent, Geary, Okarche, Hydro,
Cashion, Calumet, Dover, Cedar Valley, Mulhall, Cimarron City,
Bridgeport, Greenfield and Omega.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the
warned area.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Washita County in western Oklahoma...
Kiowa County in southwestern Oklahoma...
Custer County in western Oklahoma...

* Until 1045 AM CDT

* At 745 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Two to three inches of rain
have already fallen across the area with the highest amounts near
Hobart. Flash flooding is likely already occurring or is imminent.
Additional heavy rainfall will cause more flooding through late
morning.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Hobart, Sentinel, Mountain View, Lone Wolf, Roosevelt, Gotebo,
Rocky, Colony, Cloud Chief, Tom Steed Reservoir, Cowden and eastern
Altus-Lugert Lake.

* Flood Warning for
The Canadian River near Bridgeport.

* from this evening to Sunday evening...or until the warning is
cancelled.

* At 7:30 AM Saturday the stage was 12.5 feet.

* Minor flooding is forecast.

* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.

* Forecast...The Canadian River will rise above flood stage by late
Saturday evening and crest near 14.5 feet early Sunday morning. The
Canadian River will fall below flood stage early Sunday afternoon.

* Impact...At 15.0 feet...Flooding affects croplands...pastures...
and oil wells near the river. Middle and upper bottomlands may be
cut off from easy access by high water in side channels. Sand
dredging operations are affected. Upstream points in southern
Blaine County experience flooding before the areas near Bridgeport
in northern Caddo County. Downstream points in southwestern
Canadian County are affected hours later.
