Miles Bench will stand trial in death of Braylee Henry

STEPHENS COUNTY, Okla_The man accused
of murdering a Velma teenager in June returned to court Tuesday, where a judge
ruled he must stand trial for the killing.
21 year old Miles
Bench has been charged with first degree murder in the brutal death of Braylee Henry.
Bench was a clerk in a convenience store in Velma where Henry stopped in for a
soda on June 6th.
Authorities
found blood on the floor and later found her body in a remote wooded field,
owned by Bench's grandparents.
Bench was found
later that night, 130 miles away, driving Henry's car, covered in blood. He has been behind bars since his arrest.
