Appeal denied for Henry Watson Skinner

Another appeal has been denied for convicted killer Henry Watson Skinner.

The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals refused to halt his execution next week.

Skinner killed a woman and her two adult sons in Pampa more than 16 years ago.

He and his attorneys wanted more time to test evidence for DNA they say could prove he's not the killer
