WASHINGTON - A convicted killer from Pampa will get his day in court, the US Supreme Court.
Hank Skinner is scheduled to have his case heard on October 13th.
Skinner was just minutes away from being executed for the 1993 killings of his girlfriend and her two adult sons when he was granted a stay of execution.
The highest court in the land will use the case to determine if a death row inmate can use a Federal Civil Rights law to force more DNA testing.
Skinner has been on death row since 1995, and has lost multiple appeals.
