Man crashes car, lands in Lawton canal

A driver is sent to the hospital after a rollover accident that ended in a canal in Lawton.  It happened at 38th and Rogers Lane just after 2:00 this morning.

 Lawton police say a man blew through the intersection there.  They say he hit a guardrail, flipping his car one time, before coming to a rest in the canal.  Police were on scene working the accident several hours.  They say the car the man was driving was smashed.

The man was taken to a hospital in critical condition.
