A homeless man rumored to be dead was found Sunday afternoon alive and well.
Emanuel Torbert, better known as Bucket Man or "T", was reported missing by several local businesses this past week after they became concerned after Torbert seemed to have disappeared.
Torbert is well known throughout the Lawton community for toting a bucket full of tools he uses when offering to clean car windshields for money.
Police said they were even contacted by Torbert's family in Alabama who inquired how to go about claiming his body, but police had no record of his death.
Torbert was found in an Oklahoma City shelter after he was treated at an Oklahoma City veterans center for injuries he told police he received after he was beaten in Lawton by several unknown men.
