West Palm Beach, FL- A Wichita Falls man accused of kidnapping his 17-month old daughter is awaiting an extradition hearing following his arrest over the weekend in Florida.
Bradley Goodson was behind bars in the Palm Beach County Jail Monday morning. He was arrested early Saturday, just hours after his daughter Aubrey was reunited with her mother. You'll remember a good Samaritan contacted police after she spotted Bradley Goodson and the girl and became suspicious.
Authorities say they later received a tip that Goodson was hiding out in a West Palm Beach townhouse community. After convincing him to come outside, officers say Goodson tried to run away and hit his face while trying to hop a fence. He now faces a resisting an officer charge in Florida.
It's unclear whether he will fight extradition to Oklahoma for the kidnapping charge. We'll continue to bring you the latest developments.
