JEFFERSON COUNTY, Okla. – The father accused of abducting his daughter from her Waurika home will not fight extradition.
Jefferson County District Attorney Jason Hicks says Bradley Goodson has waived extradition, which means he should be back in Oklahoma next week.
The Wichita Falls man accused of kidnapping his 17-month old baby from Waurika and taking her to Florida is due in court today.
Investigators in Jefferson County say Bradley Goodson will go in front of a judge to find out whether he'll be extradited to Oklahoma. Goodson is charged with abducting his baby, Aubrey, during a scheduled visit earlier this month.
A good Samaritan spotted Goodson with her in Florida. She was later reunited with her mother. Goodson was arrested a few hours later near a West Palm Beach townhouse community.
