Amarillo, TX - Passengers are receiving credit for stopping who they call an erratic pilot forcing an emergency landing at the Rick Husband Amarillo International Airport.

Officials have moved the Jet Blue plane that was diverted around 10:00 Tuesday morning while on its way to Las Vegas.

Flight 191 made an emergency landing after passengers say the captain started acting erratically.

They say he was yelling and beating on the door of the cockpit saying things like "pray for Iraq and Iran."

In a statement from Jet Blue, they say it was a medical situation and the pilot was sent to receive medical attention.

The FBI is doing a preliminary investigation to see if there were any federal violations.

The passengers were able to leave for Las Vegas on another plane.
