Irish up in arms over Starbucks tweet

Ireland - Starbucks may only have a mere 2,000 followers on their Twitter page who live in Ireland, but a recent tweet by the company has angered the country as a whole.

During the Diamond Jubilee the company tweeted, "Show us what makes you proud to be British."

The problem with the tweet is that it went out to Irish customers as well as those living in Britain.

And while the company has apologized saying the post was meant to go out to UK customers only, many in Ireland are still upset over the mistake given the long and often violent history between the two nations.
