TWIN OAKS, Okla. (AP) - The
Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a woman was killed when she jumped from a
moving pickup truck during an argument.
Authorities say the death
happened at about 7 p.m. Wednesday on a two-lane dirt road north of U.S.
Highway 412 in Delaware County. Authorities say 58-year-old Linda Jane
Vaughan apparently jumped from the 2007 Dodge pickup truck after she got
into an argument with the truck's driver.
Authorities say the truck
was traveling at about 15 to 20 mph. The highway patrol says Vaughan
fell in the path of the truck's rear dual wheels and was run over.
The death remains under investigation.
