Posted: Updated:

LAWTON, Okla_Jordan Neuwirth said he's not guilty of shooting and critically injuring 21 year old Ryan Mosley. Neuwirth. He appeared in Comanche County District Court Friday where the judge set bond at $150,000. He ordered Neuwirth to stay away from Mosley and his immediate family. Including no contact either in person, phone, social media or through any other person.

Neuwirth was arrested in Denver on August 6th, and returned to Comanche County this week. As far as we know, Neuwirth is still in custody but should he make bond, he'll be required to wear a GPS tracking device on his ankle.

He'll be back in court November 2nd for his preliminary hearing.
