Man makes false 911 call, gets arrested - KSWO, Lawton, OK- Wichita Falls, TX: News, Weather, Sports. ABC, 24/7, Telemundo -

LAWTON, Okla_Lawton police arrested a man for making a false report after he called 911 and claimed a man had been shot and was bleeding.

Officers found the caller, Max Tawkoty, on his cell phone in the 1300 block of Southwest H Avenue still in an alley on the phone with dispatchers.

He told emergency responders he wasn't sure where the man was and gave them several addresses of where he could be, including a false one.

After searching the area and talking to the man again police say Tawkoty admitted to making up the story. He was arrested for misuse of 9-1-1.
