Possible Salmonella contamination in mangoes

Posted: Updated:

Amarillo, Texas -  United Supermarkets says Mexican-grown mangoes in any form are being voluntary removed from their store shelves due to possible Salmonella contamination.

Other supermarkets across the country are also voluntarily recalling the mangoes.  United says they do not believe any of the contaminated fruits were sold in their stores, but are making customers known as a precaution.
