Alex Kopilow joined the 7 Sports team in August of 2012. He spent the last year in the sports department at KSFY an ABC affiliate in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.  There he was a sports photographer/reporter for the last eight months after interning in the sports department from September through December of 2011.

Alex grew up in Lawrence, New York and graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.A. in Journalism and a minor in Visual Communications Design.

Before graduating, Alex interned at Fox Sports Ohio in Columbus, Ohio, as well as ESPN 850 WKNR in Cleveland, Ohio and ESPN 1050 WEPN in New York City. He also worked as a Division I play-by-play announcer with Scarlet and Gray Sports Radio and as a sports reporter for The Lantern.

Alex is excited to be part of the 7 Sports team and cannot wait to interact with the community in the Lawton-area.
