Sergeant Major of U.S. Army to visit Fort Sill Friday

Fort Sill- The Sergeant Major of the U.S. Army will be in southwest Oklahoma Friday.
Raymond Chandler, III is scheduled to observe a live fire exercise on Fort Sill. Chandler is the 14th Sergeant Major of the Army. He was sworn-in in March of last year. He serves as the Army Chief of Staff's personal adviser on all enlisted-related matters, particularly in areas affecting soldier training and quality of life.
He spends most of his time observing training and talking with soldiers and their families.
