Double shooting leaves man dead in Lawton

Lawton- Lawton Police are confirming two people were shot around 1:45 Monday morning and one of them, a man, died at the scene.

It happened outside a duplex near 13th and NW Cache Road behind a convenience store. Investigators say the victim and a woman were walking toward an apartment after talking to two men, when they were both shot. The woman is expected to survive.

Right now police are only releasing a vague description of the suspects. Detectives are talking with potential witnesses to try and track them down and determine the motive for the shooting.
