New information in Wednesday's fatal accident

We have new information on the fatal accident between a small car and a cement truck in Lawton Wednesday. Police have identified the victim as 48 year old Angelia Werner.

The accident happened at the intersection of Northwest 38th Street and West Gore Boulevard Wednesday morning.

Police say the cement truck driver was turning from Gore onto 38th, when the truck carrying around 60,000 pounds of concrete tipped crushing the woman's car.

Police say the driver of the cement truck was taken to the hospital for evaluation and to provide a blood sample, a standard procedure in fatality cases.

The accident remains under investigation.
