LAWTON, Okla_A Lawton
man was charged Friday with first-degree murder in the shooting and beating
death of another man last week.
Jose Villanueva was arrested shortly after Lawton police found the body of Charles Tyson
on a front porch. He'd been shot in the back and beaten in the head.
Investigators said several witnesses identified Villanueva as the
shooter.
They also said he confessed to the killing after he was arrested. No word yet from investigators on a possible
motive.
