Lawton, OKLa._
He's a dare devil legend, holds a world record and he was in Lawton Saturday for the Harley owners group rally at the Great Plains Coliseum.
Bubba Blackwell had stunned audiences nationwide with his death defying tricks, not just with any motorcycle but with a Harley Davidson-- A much heavier and much harder to maneuver bike.
Saturday = the weather held off just long enough for Blackwell to wow a crowd with wheelies and a jump over six brand-new S-U-V's. Donna Hingtgen, the rally coordinator said she's seen Blackwell jump before, and it gives her butterflies every time.
"I think, man, I would love the freedom with the air running through your hair, but I could never do that. I used to jump my dirt bikes, little teeny hills, that was when I didn't think about crashing, now I think about crashing. Bubba will tell you...he's broken 42 bones in his body," Hingtgen said.
Bubba Blackwell is a world record holder, but because of Saturday's gusty winds no records were broken.
