Tucumcari, NM - The man who faces an open count of murder for the recent death of a New Mexico woman has pleaded not guilty.
45 year-old Frank Keller pleaded not guilty to the murder of Kimberly Draman, formerly of Tucumcari.
Draman went missing September 13th, and Keller was arrested while driving Draman's vehicle. Keller confessed to New Mexico State Police that he was involved in Draman's death.
Keller has been charged with murder, tampering with evidence, and unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.
He is currently being held without bond in the Quay County Detention Center.
