Local parent files suit against Stanley Marsh

Amarillo, Texas - An women has filed a civil lawsuit against a well-known Amarilloan.

She alleges Stanley Marsh III gave her teenage son cash, vehicles, and drugs to engage in sexual acts in his downtown Amarillo office.

The lawsuit claims in 2010 and 2011, the 74-year old performed sex acts on the then 15 and 16 year old.

The suit further alleges his son -  Stanley Marsh IV, David Weir and McCartt and Associates, who manage the Chase Towers, breached a duty of ordinary care by failing to prevent Marsh from abusing the teen.
