Amarillo, Texas - Jet blue pilot Clayton Osbon is now freed from Federal custody with certain conditions.

Friday morning, a Federal Judge in Amarillo released him from custody saying that his release would not create a risk to others.  Among the 23 ordered terms of his release, he must continue medical, psychiatric and psychological care...not board any domestic or international flights without permission...and must not communicate with anyone from Jet Blue flight 191.

That flight was diverted to Amarillo in March after Osbon reportedly began screaming and running down the aisles in a panic. He was found not guilty by reason of insanity earlier this year in Federal court in Amarillo.
