Soldier with Oklahoma ties accused of sexually assaulting children

Posted: Updated:

Fort Carson, CO- A Colorado soldier with ties to Oklahoma and Texas, is behind bars on two-million dollars bond. Investigators say First Lieutenant Aaron Gregory Lucas was arrested for inappropriate acts with children.

Now police in Oklahoma and Texas, where he's been stationed before, are checking to see if there are any similar cases. Right now it's not clear which Army posts he was assigned to previously.

In Colorado, police say Lucas tried to lure several girls into his car. He's also accused of kidnapping a nine-year old girl, then letting her go a short time later. Investigators say he also exposed himself to young girls.
