Symptoms and effects of bath salt use

Amarillo, Texas - Many of the people hospitalized because of bath salts suffered potentially deadly cardiovascular symptoms including Tachycardia, chest pain, and Hypertension.
  

Other symptoms that affect the neurological system include agitation, hallucinations, confusion, and seizures. Respiratory symptoms include hyperventilation, along with other symptoms such as fever and electrolyte abnormalities.
  
The Texas Panhandle Poison Centers says there are over 80 symptoms associated with bath salts and not everyone is affected the same way.
