City of Midland Says There Was No Permit for Parade

CITY OF MIDLAND PRESS RELEASE
The City of Midland did not issue a permit nor did the city receive a permit application from the Show of Support organization.
Because of the pending investigation of the tragic incident that occurred on Thursday November 15th, 2012, the City of Midland will not be making any further statements at this time.
