UPDATE: Juvenile charged in cab driver shooting

LAWTON Okla_ A juvenile believed to be involved in last months shooting of a cab driver will be tried as an adult.

Friday, the 17-year-old was charged with multiple charges including attempted robbery and shooting with the intent to kill. According to court records, the juvenile placed a handgun in the hands of David Stamper and ordered him to shoot the cab driver. The driver was shot once in the neck but survived.

Stamper was charged Thursday with robbery and shooting with an intent to kill.
