UPDATE: Oklahoma man killed in Electra, TX RV fire

Electra, TX- New information on an RV fire that killed an Oklahoma man in Electra, Texas. Investigators now say the blaze was started by a propane cutting torch.

They've also identified the victim as 20-year-old Thomas Leon Kelly of Boswell, Oklahoma. The Wichita County Sheriff says the RV's pipes froze in the shower so Kelly turned on the propane torch to thaw them and went back to bed. Authorities believe the torch probably fell over and caught the camper on fire.

Kelly was already dead by the time good Samaritans noticed the blaze and pulled him from the RV
