Gunshot victim faces drug charges

Lawton, Okla_The victim in a recent shooting now faces charges of dealing marijuana and faces up to life in prison.  Lawton Police arrested Ryan Mosely late last week after following him for driving erratically and having a broken brake light.

Officers watched him get out of his car and  toss a large bag toward his home and then got back into the car.  When they approached Mosely's car, they smelled marijuana.  When they searched the car, they found 400 grams of pot and 400 dollars.   According to an affidavit, Mosely claimed the drugs were for personal use.

Back in June, Mosely was shot several times in his apartment. The suspected shooter, Jordan Neuwirth, took his money and car and then went to Colorado, where he was arrested about a month later.
