Trial date set for Lawton man charged in shooting

COMANCHE CO., Okla_ A trial date has been set for Jordan Neuwirth of Lawton.

The 22-year-old will be tried on charges of assault and battery with a deadly weapon and larceny of an automobile in May. Neuwirth was in Comanche County District Court today for his formal arraignment. Neuwirth is accused of shooting 21-year-old Ryan Mosely and stealing his car back in July. Then he disappeared. Neuwirth was found and arrested in Denver, Colorado on August 8th and returned to Comanche County on the 16th.

He is being held on a $150,000 dollar bond.
