Update on Zachary Murder/Ward Trial

Lawton, Okla_Continuing coverage in the case of a Lawton woman who was brutally murdered while baby sitting. A trial date has been set  for 21year-old Emanuel Ward, who was charged as an accessory after the fact in the murder of Tanya Zachary back in October.

Ward pleaded not guilty for the crime in a Comanche County courtroom today. His trial has been scheduled for May. Investigators say Ward drove Stephone Carter, who has been charged with Zachary's murder,  to and from the crime scene.

After Zachary's murder, Ward withheld information from police about Carter's identity and involvement.  Ward is also facing attempted robbery charges in connection to Zachary's murder.
