Sen. Inhofe reacts to Schwarzkopf's passing

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.), a senior member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, commented Friday on the passing of Gen. H. Norman Schwarzkopf:

"General Schwarzkopf will be most remembered for his commanding role during the first Gulf War that expelled Saddam Hussein's forces from Kuwait.  I will always remember the humility and candor of this American hero.  Our country has lost a true patriot, an expert tactician and strategist, a leader, and a Soldier's Soldier.  Kay and I offer our deepest condolences to his wife Brenda and his entire family."
