Anadarko man killed in single vehicle crash

(Anadarko)_ The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says driving under the influence and unsafe speed are to blame for a crash that killed an Anadarko man.

OHP says 38-year-old Anthony Nestell was driving on a gravel road southwest of Anadarko city limits when he ran off the road, hit an embankment, and was thrown from the passenger side window.  Troopers say Nestell was pronounced dead at the scene due to massive head injuries.

Their report lists ability impaired due to drinking and unsafe speed as factors in the crash.
