Update: Sunday's Eastside Fire Declared Arson

Posted: Updated:

Lawton, Okla-New information on the east side Lawton fire that happened early Sunday morning.
The fire marshal's office confirms the house was set on fire, declaring it first degree arson.
It appears someone first burglarized the  home then set it on fire, possibly to conceal the burglary.

At this time officials can't confirm if this burglary is related to the second burglary we reported on Tuesday after the house had already been burned. They have no suspects for the burglaries or the fire.  If you have any info please call crime stoppers at 355-info.
