Sections of I-44, Gore Blvd closing lanes for repair

LAWTON Okla_ Starting
Friday, one northbound and one southbound lane on I-44 will be closed near the Gore Boulevard
interchange in Lawton.
In addition,
one westbound lane on Gore will also be closed. That means there'll be just one
lane of traffic each for I-44 North and South and one lane of traffic for
westbound Gore Boulevard.
The reason is
repair work on the Gore interchange bridge, which is expected to last approximately
three weeks, ending on January 25th.
