A tragic accident in Bray left one man dead.
Stephens County Sheriff Wayne Mckinney said the body of 83-year-old Charley Turner of Marlow was discovered near a pond after his son became concerned when he didn't return home.
Mckinney said Turner went to his property in Bray to break an ice covered pond for his cattle. There Mckinney said it appeared turner slipped into a muddy embankment and became trapped.
Investigators believe turner died of a stress induced heart attack or hypothermia.
