Oilman County,Okla_A man wanted for the rape of a 13 year old boy in Tennessee was located in the Tillman County Jail. Tillman County Sheriff Bobby Whittington says Thomas Roberts was taken back to Tennessee Sunday to be charged.

According to news reports in Tennessee, the victim told a counselor that Roberts had raped him in July, August and September of 2009. He said the incidents took place in the boy's mother's home in Clarksville.

We are not sure of Robert's relationship to the victim.  When he was arrested for outstanding warrants in Jackson and Tillman counties, he listed an Altus address. Tennessee officials found Roberts here through a national database search.
