DEVELOPING: Driver in I-44 Rollover Accident Suffers Head Trauma

LAWTON Okla_ A rollover
accident in Lawton
sends a man to the hospital with serious head injuries.
The accident
happened around 11:00 am Thursday near the Rogers Lane exit on northbound I-44. The
driver somehow went off the road before he got to the ramp. Then, he tried to
swerve back towards I-44. The vehicle crossed over the ramp and ended upside
down in the ditch next to the interstate.
Police had to
shut down the ramp to investigate. The driver was air-lifted to Oklahoma City. We don't
know just how badly he was injured; we just know that he suffered head trauma.
