HOUSTON, March 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- CARBO Ceramics Inc. (NYSE: CRR) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved the payment of a dividend on May 15, 2013, of $0.27 per share to shareholders of record on May 1, 2013.
